Today was a really tough day for me. I am counting the hours until I get home to see my family and my very sick grandmother. She received her first round of chemo treatments just a few days ago and I cannot wait to give her the biggest hug I can muster up. Its just such a terrible feeling knowing that she is so far away and so sick. I often wonder why such horrible things happen to such incredible people… Do you ever feel like the world is coming to an end? Like everything in your life is messed up or going completely wrong all at the same time??? The past few days I haven’t really been getting out of bed, its so unlike me but recently I have had absolutely no motivation to do anything… Everything is so confusing, especially one area of my life. I’m leaving Saturday at noon for Philadelphia. I need to take a deep breath and remember why I’m here…
